  • What is your return policy?
    You can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to our warehouse, however, if you would like to exchange the item there will be no further shipping charges to pay.
  • What are your payment and shipping policies?
    Allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification. 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. 10-12 business days for international shipping. Prices vary by shipping type. We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud. Please keep in mind that shipping has been impacted by COVID-19, which may provide delays that are beyond our control.
  • How do I place an order?
    Pick the items that you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you're ready to begin the checkout process.
  • What are your payment options?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal and Square payments.
